Monthida Sitathani Advisor of Council of Science and Technology Association of Thailand (COSTAT) Monthida Sitathani graduated from Faculty of Science, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, Thailand with a Master in "Honorary doctorate in science communication" and she was an outstanding alumni of Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. When she worked in the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), she was the leader of the project on public understanding of science, technology and innovation. The project included science communication in practice and development, science communication award, science communication and the media, professional development in science communication and education, designing and running school-based activities. She was both editor and author of a series of books that were reprinted and used in schools nation-wide. And she was an International Coordinator who was responsible for bringing in foreign expertise, and working in partnership with foreign and overseas experts. In addition, she usually delegated to international events on behalf of Thailand. |
