Tin Latt IR consultant for Myanmar Engineering Council Tin Latt graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Rangoon Institute of Technology in 1985, and MBA from National University of Singapore in 2009. Tin Latt served as Deputy General Secretary in Myanmar Engineering Council and Vice President in Federation of Myanmar Engineering Societies from 2016 until 2019 when he was appointed as the Deputy Union Minister of the Ministry of Hotel & Tourism. Currently, he is serving as Advisor to the President of Federation of Myanmar Engineering Societies and IR consultant for Myanmar Engineering Council. Besides, Tin Latt is the Chairman of Seezar Soesan Group of Companies. As a professional engineer, a passionate educator, an innovative entrepreneur and a transformational thinker, he has worked for engineering education, specializing in technical & vocational education & training. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions in creating alternative learning opportunities.
