| Lazzat Kussainova President of the International Centre for Scientific Collaborations (Republic of Kazakhstan) She has been working in public service for more than 20 years and is involved in popularization of science in Kazakhstan and promotion of the children's scientific projects for international scientific competitions. Dr. Lazzat Kussainova is PhD of Law and Master of Public Policy (Duke University, USA) as well. Her research interests are in law and she is an expert in the field of Kazakhstani environmental, agricultural and land law, intellectual property law and human rights. She has extensive legislative drafting skills. In particular, she is the drafter of laws such as the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law on Peasant (Farming) Farms, the Law on Science, and has an author's certificate for the draft Concept of the Law on Commercialization of the Results of Scientific and (or) Scientific and Technical Activities, as well as the draft Law on Commercialization of the Results of Scientific and (or) Scientific and Technical Activities, which was adopted in Kazakhstan in October 2015. Since 2010 she is a Patent Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Between 2010 and 2017, she was the Deputy Chairman of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Kazakhstan. |
