Seria Energy Lab (SEL) is a flagship program by Brunei Shell Petroleum in order to support the growth of science literate in the country. At SEL science is brought to life and made accessible. It is a place where the creative minds are intrigued by the science and technology available to enhance people’s daily lives. It opens up the mind to foresee the possible future and undergo an immersive experience of interactive learning and exploration.
SEL is the only science centre in Brunei currently active in promoting STEM education, energy transition and 21st century skills. The centre’s vision is to be a premier science centre in cultivating our youth of today for our leaders of tomorrow. In order to reach this vision, multi-faceted approaches are implemented which includes SEL’s interactive exhibitions, science and technology themed programs, competitions and workshops.
After 20 years of diligently promoting science and education in Brunei, SEL will persistently continue to promote and deliver STEM in the country. Alongside its vision, this is also to assist the country in achieving its 2035 vision i.e to produce well educated and highly skilled individuals.

  Hong Kong Productivity Council

  Indonesian Academy of Sciences

The Indonesian Academy of Sciences (AIPI) is an independent institution which was established under the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.8/1990, with the main roles: to provide opinions and considerations in reviewing and setting directions related to the mastery, development and utilization of excellence science and technology, through science-based of statements, reports, white papers and foresight studies for the benefit of the nation. AIPI assures scientific culture of excellence and science literate society in Indonesia.
AIPI is divided into five commissions in the fields of sciences: Basic, Medicine, Engineering, Social and Culture. AIPI members consist of the Indonesia's leading scientists, who were promoted based on their track record of scientific excellence and merits, and is the highest recognition of honor in the field of science and technology in Indonesia.
AIPI initiated the establishment of the Indonesian Science Fund (DIPI) in 2016 to spur the development of scientific excellence. DIPI formulates and organizes funds for research grants based on merit excellence competition, so that Indonesian scientists able to collaborate internationally and to carry out more meaningful and fundamental research on an ongoing basis.
The Indonesian Young Academy of Sciences (ALMI) has also been established in 2016 under the auspices of AIPI. Its main role is to upkeep the enabling-environment in the development of frontier science and technology in Indonesia.

  Association of Engineers, Architects and Graduates in Technological Sciences in Israel

Established in 1921, the Association of Engineers, Architects and Graduates in Technological Sciences in Israel (AEAI) is the professional representative body of these sectors in Israel. Main goals of AEAI are:
• To represent and promote all those involved in technology and to assist in their professional development as innovative entrepreneurs, movers and leaders throughout their professional lives and according to the economy's changing needs.
• To promote the entire range of engineering, architectural and technological professions in both academic and industrial fields and wherever they intersect.
• To unite all those involved in technological development under one roof, as one, innovative community that initiates, cooperates, develops, contributes and grows.
Over the years, the Association has established many technological institutions including: the Israeli Standards Institute, the Institute of Productivity, the National Building Research Institute and others. The Association is represented on the boards of these organizations. It is also represented in the Engineering and Architectural Council, institutes of higher educations, Knesset committees, committees of the Engineers Registrar as well as local and regional planning committees.   International Centre of Scientific Collaborations (Republic of Kazakhstan)

International Centre of Scientific Collaborations (Republic of Kazakhstan) was founded in September 2018 in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
The mission of ICSC is to promote science by expansion of principles of scientific education and scientific literacy not only among adults but also among children and young people. ICSC’s mission also includes the assistance in the creation of cooperation in the scientific and innovative spheres, the development of scientific tourism, the training of scientific skills and their practical application as well as interaction between academic communities of the countries of near and far abroad.
In order to realize its mission, ICSC facilitates the exchange of scientific experience of Kazakh and foreign scientists, including in the implementation of joint scientific projects and programs, the organization of scientific internships at partner universities, through international cooperation with various universities and scientific centers, as well as international organizations engaged in science, innovation and technology. ICSC cooperates with educational, scientific and technological organizations, scientific museums, professional associations, including organizations, which are involved in the development of children’s scientific skills. ICSC also focuses on providing legal assistance to scientists and scientific organizations in protection of their rights to intellectual property objects and representation of their interests in state bodies and court.

  The Association for Promotion of Science and Technology of Macau

The Association for Promotion of Science and Technology of Macau (MAPST) is founded in October, 1997. On September 11st, MAPST is organized by the researchers from medical sector, the engineering sector, and from the University of Macau’s Institute of Science and Technology, and was registered with the City Council of the Island Municipality. On October 16th, MAPST will register with the Identification Department of the Macau Government. Formally became a legitimate organization in Macau.
MAPST's members are professional in science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, and other disciplines, involving professors, doctors, physicians, senior engineers, landscape architects and other different identities. MAPST, composed of a group of scientific and technical professionals, aims to: carry out academic exchanges, popularize scientific knowledge, promote the application of advanced technologies, encourage and organize science educational activities, and improve the scientific and cultural literacy of all citizens, continuously follow up international technological trends, and improve Macau’s science and technology professionalism; strive to promote the integration of science, technology and economy, give play to the role of the first productive forces of science and technology, promote the development of Macau's economy; create conditions for Macau's scientific and technical personnel to display their special events, and safeguard and strive for their legitimate rights and interests. MAPST gives play to the Role of Macau as a Bridge between Chinese and Western Cultures in Macau. The role is to strengthen scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges between Macau and the European Community countries, the Portuguese-speaking countries and the rest of the world.
Over the years, MAPST have firmly established in the concept of "serving Macau." After years of hard work, MAPST has established a number of brand-name activities, including "Distinguished Chinese Scientists Lecture Series" and "Macau Youth Science Books Reading Awarding Activities", to guide the public, especially the young generation, into the vast expanse of science and promote the public’s scientific interest. For the younger generation, MAPST actively organize various kinds of popular science education activities such as the Youth University Science Camp, the “Macau Youth Comprehensive Robotics Campaign Selection Competition," and the "World Wetlands Day Series". In these activities, young generation can learn the scientific knowledge of different categories, the spirit of learning science, and reinforce the scientific thinking. MAPST contributes to the cultivation of scientific and technical personnel in Macau.
MAPST has focused on cooperation with various scientific and technological organizations in Macau and other countries for many years, especially with the China Association for Science and Technology, and the associations of Science and Technology of many provinces, cities and autonomous regions. In recent years, MAPST is commissioned by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology to organize a delegation from the Macau scientific and technological community to attend the "Annual Meeting of the China Association of Science and Technology". In 2015 ,2017 and 2019, MAPST also coordinated the "Macau Forum for Collaborative Innovative" , "Cross Straits, Hong Kong and Macau Collaborative Innovation Forum (Macau)",and "China Science and Technology Summit", which are organized by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region and the China Association for Science and Technology.

  Academy of Sciences Malaysia

The Academy of Sciences Malaysia (ASM) is a body established by the government by an Act of Parliament. ASM’s main function is to be the nation’s Thought Leader for matters related to science, engineering, technology and innovation. ASM also pursues excellence in these fields for the benefit of mankind.
ASM provides the advisory input and expert opinion by harnessing the expertise, knowledge, wisdom and network of its Fellows that are elected among the nation’s eminent scientists, engineers, and technologists. Currently, ASM Fellowship stands at 351 Fellows which includes 27 Senior Fellows.

  Myanmar Engineering Council

In Myanmar, the Myanmar Engineering Council (MEngC), is the sole regulatory and statutory body for engineering professional registration, licensing and accreditation of engineering education, established in 2013. Its main purpose is "to hold paramount the safety, health and welfare of the public" in implementing the obligations; upholding and upgrading the dignity, ethics and quality of Myanmar citizen engineers, technicians and technologists, exploring using engineering technology and information technology combined the good methods, research and development activities by which the natural resources and human resources of the State may be beneficially applied with least impact on environment, carrying out guidance and supervision, and taking necessary actions for fulfillment of the requirements of stipulated technical standard, proper method, keeping ethic and safety, and being dutiful in the fields of engineering and technology education, researches and services; serving engineering and technology related functions and duties beneficial for the State assigned by the relevant Ministries and relevant organizations. These are carried out by the performance of eight working committees. In order to raise the engineering education level, Myanmar Engineering Council has been conducted by the communication and cooperation with international and regional organizations to achieve the full signatory status in Washington Accord and also the member of International Professional Engineers Agreement. Engineering Education Accreditation System of MEngC has been recently accepted in compliance with standards and best practices in FEIAP Guidelines.   Pakistan Science Foundation

Pakistan Science Foundation working under umbrella of Ministry of Science and Technology-Pakistan,  is the apex body to act as financing agency for the promotion of basic and fundamental research on scientific problems relevant to the socio-economic development of the country, the utilization of the results of scientific and technological research including pilot plant studies, the establishment of comprehensive scientific and technological information and dissemination centers, science centers, clubs, museums, herbaria and planetaria, the promotion of scientific societies, associations and academies, the exchange of visits of scientists and technologists with other countries and the grant of awards, prizes and fellowships to individuals engaged in developing processes, products and inventions of consequence to the economy of the country.

  Pakistan Science Club

Pakistan Science Club is a not-for-profit science society established on 8th of August 2008 by Abdul Rauf. Pakistan Science Club inspires a lifelong interest in science, math and technology by engaging diverse communities through interactive and innovative programs.
Promoting Science and Technology by organizing different science activities i.e. summer science camps, science fairs and competition at school, college or university levels that aims to Search Science Talent all over the Pakistan and these science passionate students are nurture at our platform and Research Center "C-189LAB" where they can work on their ideas and research in solving problems of our country and common people by innovation and development of new technologies by scientific means using local resources. PSC recognizes the importance of science as a crucial factor required for the progress of Pakistan and its citizens, particularly students of science and the urgent need to create a vision of science rather than a mere presentation of science. PSC feels a necessity to work for the need for simultaneous support from all parts of the country and abroad for a better repositioning of human and material resources.   Singapore National Academy of Science

Established in 1976, the Singapore National Academy of Science (SNAS) endeavours to promote the advance of science and technology in Singapore, as well as represent the scientific opinions of its members. From the outset, SNAS was conceived of as an umbrella organization which would not only have its own series of programmes, but would also oversee the activities of its constituent societies. Since 2011, SNAS has begun to elect its own fellows.
Currently, SNAS is engaged in various collaborations at both national and international levels. This includes the administration of the South East Asian Research Fellowship programme, which is funded by the National Research Foundation for Singapore.

  Council of Science and Technology Association of Thailand

In 1985, with the broad vision of Prof. Dr. Sanga Sabsi the then minister of Ministry of Science and Technology the Council of Science and Technology Associations of Thailand (COSTAT) was found comprising of 12 associations of science and technology and engineering. Today there are 37 members association ranging from basic science associations . The value of COSTAT is NISTO where N = National Important, I = International Recognition, S = Social Responsibility, T = Transparency, O = Organization-based Collaboration. Its vision is to be a Think Tank entity in utilization of science, technology, and innovation for sustainable social development. COSTAT has 4 important missions namely-a) as a Think Tank unit providing policy on S&T to the government, b) providing service on S&T and innovation for private and public organization, c) support and initiate cooperation amongst the member associations, and d) construct a social science community.

  Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations

The Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) is the national organization of the Vietnamese science and technology intellectuals. It is the biggest nation-wide network of science and technology organizations with 86 national professional associations, 63 provincial branches and nearly 500 affiliated institutions working in diversified fields of natural science, social science, technology and engineering.The precursory body of VUSTA was the Vietnam Association for Science and Technology Popularization found in May 18th, 1963 to respond to the urgent need of advancing science and technology to serve the reconstruction and development of Vietnam, in which the core mission of the Association at that time was to enhance people’s science literacy.

On September 11st, MAPST is organized by the researchers from medical sector, the engineering sector, and from the University of Macau’s Institute of Science and Technology, and was registered with the City Council of the Island Municipality. On October 16th, MAPST will register with the Identification Department of the Macau Government. Formally became a legitimate organization in Macau.
MAPST's members are professional in science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, and other disciplines, involving professors, doctors, physicians, senior engineers, landscape architects and other different identities. These are carried out by the performance of eight working committees. The National Office for Innovation Implementation and Technology Transfer was formed in the form of a state institution in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 1st, 2021. The main objectives and activities of the National Office of Innovation are following.
• Creating, introducing, reproducing and commercializing scientific results, innovative products and services, including new devices, materials and technologies;
• Taking an active part in the selection, evaluation and implementation of commercialized developments, attracting foreign investment, organizing forums, international fairs and exhibitions in the area;
• Developing consistent cooperation in the field of science and innovation with scientific and technological organizations as well as industrial establishments;
• Organizing training courses on the use of intellectual property and know-how seminars related to the scientific activity, forming research projects;
• Assisting transfer and localization of technologies developed abroad.

The Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) is the national organization of the Vietnamese science and technology intellectuals. It is the biggest nation-wide network of science and technology organizations with 86 national professional associations, 63 provincial branches and nearly 500 affiliated institutions working in diversified fields of natural science, social science, technology and engineering.The precursory body of VUSTA was the Vietnam Association for Science and Technology Popularization found in May 18th, 1963 to respond to the urgent need of advancing science and technology to serve the reconstruction and development of Vietnam, in which the core mission of the Association at that time was to enhance people’s science literacy.
VUSTA is national members of many international and regional science, technology and engineering organizations, such as the ICSU and AFEO.
